"I had been looking/pricing the Lance 1685 for 8 months before I decided to go with Richards Boat. Dan was the saleman and he was great. Everytime I email/called he was pleasant and knowledgeable. And, trust me, I called and email a lot!! I got a really good price and the service was impeccable. I was even pricing used units and with Dan working with me I was able to buy a new unit made with all the features that I wanted. My Lance was delivered on the date promised and I could not be happier with it. I love it! I picked it up on a Saturday and on Tuesday took off for a three week tour of Montana and Wyoming and everything worked and its perfect. I highly, highly recommend Richard's Boats. "

Local dealers were unable to come close to the price and the sales staff (particularly Jeff) and service staff went out of their way to accomodate us on our arrival. "Bought a 2005 Crestliner pontoon in March 2010. As with any used item you might expect a few things that need some minor repair. Richards boats did a great job not just in the sales (Dan) but also the entire service dept. Richard was out working on my boat getting it ready. The is a true testiment when the owner is not affraid to dig in and help. If anyone is in the market for a boat Richards is the place. bought many of boats and they are tops. I drove a hour and a half and well worth it. If they promise something trust me they deliver."

"We purchased a brand new 22' Lason Senza 226 in September 09. Dan was our salesman. Very knowledgeable about what we were purchasing. No hard sell. Extremely helpful all the way through the process.
